Thelakataha Gatha Keenhasavena Kalyanhiyan Mahatherena Desithaa Dhammagatha Thi Vissutha

This book is with One hundred (100) Pali Verses (Gathas) sermonized by Venerable Kelani Thero lived during the period of King Kelani Tissa (306 - 207 B.C) in the Kingdom Kelaniya in Sri Lanka. This historical story says that this Venerable Kelani Thero was punished by the King Kelani Tissa by submerging him into a cauldron of boiling water accusing the Venerable Kelani Thero for having a carnal affair with the queen. These Gathas are considered to be said by Venerable Kelani Thero while he was dipped in the boiling water cauldron which guide moral living while explaining the adverse effects of violating Dhamma the doctoring of Lord Gauthama Buddha.
