Dhampiya Atuwa Gatapadhaya

Dhampiya Atuva Getapadaya is a work written to explain the obscure instances of the Dhammapada a mainstream Buddhist work. Almost every major Buddhist work has a commentary written. Some Buddhist works have a large number of commentaries written. Dhampiya Atuva Getapadaya serves the purpose of commentary as well as connotation to the obscure instances found in the original work. A student of Dhammapada as well as general Pali terminology will be largely benefitted by Professor Hettiarachchi’s commentarial effort of the Dhammapada Atuva Getapadaya.
