Paramitha Prakaranya

In Buddhism three persons enjoy the fruits of Nibbana - Samma Sambuddha Pacceka Buddha and Arahant. Anyone who is determined to meditate for Nibbana will reach either of these stages. The prerequisites required to reach any of these stages is called paramita. The Buddha is said to have fulfilled 30 (thirty) paramitas throughout his previous births before attaining Enlightenment. Anyone willing to attain Enlightenment should fulfill paramitas. It helps improve your wholesome deeds as well in this life.
